Effective October 6, 2026
FreshProbate is a sole proprietorship based in Texas. This policy explains what information we collect from visitors and customers, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions go to hello@freshprobate.com.
We do not sell or rent customer information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, each under their own privacy and security terms:
We may also disclose information if required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect our rights or prevent fraud.
We rely on established providers that use encryption in transit and industry-standard safeguards, and we limit access to customer information to what is needed to run the service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We keep customer and billing records for as long as your account is active and afterward as long as needed for tax, accounting and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to those obligations.
Our lists are compiled from public records, including Harris County court filings and the Harris Central Appraisal District property roll. They may include names and mailing addresses of people connected to probate cases. If you believe information about you is inaccurate, or you would like us to stop including it, email hello@freshprobate.com and we will review the request.
FreshProbate is a business service for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be emailed to active subscribers.
